Bradley Borowiec Awarded Property Manager of the Year
Zeller congratulates Bradley Borowiec, MSRE, Vice President at The Wrigley Building, for being awarded Property manager of the Year at the Illinois RE Journals 2021 Real Estate Awards!
Over the years, Bradley has championed efforts that led to The Wrigley Building becoming one of the most desirable office buildings on the Magnificent Mile and receiving numerous awards and certifications. Throughout many difficult months during a global pandemic and social unrest, Bradley ensured the health and safety of building occupants were at the forefront of all building operations. He is passionate about providing employees education and growth in their careers, and took on a key role in the creation of Zeller’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee (ZDIC) as Co-Chair of the committee. Bradley is also highly engaged within the CRE industry and at the end of 2020 was inducted in the Midwest Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame.
