Since inception, Zeller has invested in and managed a portfolio of over 20 million square feet of office and 568 ground up multi-family units comprising 49 properties and has delivered strong returns for its partners and coinvestors by providing best-in-class service to enhance value. Currently, Zeller owns and operates a portfolio of nearly 10 million square feet valued at $2.5 billion.

We are pleased to announce Ellani Sitra has joined Zeller as the Assistant Property Manager at @401nmichigan in Chicago, IL. Ellani has over 20 years of property management experience, having worked at multiple notable properties in the city, such as 2 North LaSalle, 55 W. Wacker Dr., and NewCity. Most recently, she worked as a Dues Compliance Specialist at the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
In her free time, Ellani enjoys spending quality time with her family in Puerto Rico, volunteering at local animal shelters, working out, fishing and going on hikes with her dog, Nathan! Please join in welcoming Ellani to our team!
