We are pleased to announce Craig Swistowicz has joined Zeller as an Apprentice Engineer at @401nmichigan in Chicago, IL. Craig is a Chicago native who spent 25 years in law enforcement. He is excited to join the team at 401 North Michigan and make the transition into the Engineering field.
In his free time, Craig enjoys attending tribute band concerts, and outdoor activities, such as nature walks, boating and fishing. Please join in welcoming Craig to our team!

Happy Fall and Happy Friday! Swipe left to relive the amazing moments from our September highlights. Just a few weeks ago, The Wrigley Building was buzzing with energy as we hosted our Annual Tradeshow. The overwhelming turnout and support left us absolutely thrilled!
This week, we celebrated Hispanic Heritage with a delightful social hour that featured mouthwatering Zing Zang Margaritas and Micheladas. Our tenants enjoyed a lively game of Loteria and had the chance to win beautifully handcrafted Hispanic heritage-inspired treasures.
We also wrapped up our Annual End of Summer Hygiene Drive and were deeply moved by The Wrigley Tenants’ generous donations of hygiene products, socks, and beanies. We extend our heartfelt thanks to every one of our tenants for their unwavering support.
Exciting news – our hardworking Wrigley Bees have completed the honey harvest after a busy summer! Finally, we concluded September with our last boat yoga session.
