Zeller properties achieve fitwel certification
We are proud to announce that three properties in the Zeller portfolio have been awarded a Fitwel Star Rating by The Center for Active Design.
401 North Michigan Avenue in Chicago, IL and Resurgens Plaza in Atlanta, GA have both achieved a 3 star rating. Premier Plaza, also in Atlanta, has achieved a one star rating. This certification shows that each property is promoting occupant health and well-being to support physical, mental, and social health for all building teanants and visitors. This is a huge accomplishment, congratulations to each of the three properties!
