Breaking ground in September 2020, Zeller co-developed a 242-unit, 11-story multi-family development in Chicago’s Fulton Market neighborhood. Located at 1454 W. Randolph, the building offers studio/convertible, one, and two-bedroom units as well as a fitness center, private fitness studio, and resident co-working spaces. Amenities also include roof-level interior and exterior lounges, landscaped second floor pool deck, pet spa, package room, and bike storage. The new project is situated at Lake and Randolph Streets within close proximity to public transportation, desired employers, and the revered Randolph Street restaurant district. First units were occupied in February 2022, fourteen months after breaking ground breaking.
