Zeller congratulates Lauren Dahlke for being awarded 2020 Superstar at the 2021 MREJ Real Estate Awards!

Lauren played an integral role in handling challenges unique to 2020 that required committed actions to ensure the distribution of proper communication to tenants. When tenants quarantined and began to reassess their office footprint, the challenge of connecting with office management and reassuring tenants of the value of their space quickly became existential. Lauren helped to create and manage a multi-property task force for social media and community engagement, an effort that put Zeller’s brand out in entirely new formats. She helped Zeller’s management teams coordinate communications through our proprietary building apps, virtual townhall meetings and the creation of monthly newsletters.  At the asset level, Lauren was also instrumental in revamping the entire process of tenant engagement. The pandemic presented huge challenges to the property management teams and Lauren supported the effort to market the work of our COVID response planning to current tenants. She leads a team of 12 engagement managers that are responsible for tenant communications.  This team was responsible for producing in-house videos to send to our tenants depicting the safety measures the property management teams have put in place to ensure a safe return to the office, including cleaning protocols, air filtration systems, amenity usage, and social distancing requirements.
