Fifth Street Towers Receives TOBY Award for Buildings Over 1 Million Square Feet
Fifth Street Towers was the awarded The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) award for buildings over 1 million square feet by BOMA Greater Minneapolis at the 2019 Best of BOMA Gala. In 2018, Fifth Street Towers completed a multi-million dollar transformation. The building now offers a fully renovated expansive lobby with a full-service restaurant and bar, state-of-the-art amenities featuring a wellness center, a fitness center, a tenant lounge, a rooftop deck, a conference center, as well as a bike hub and golf simulator.
As a part of the renovation, floor-to-ceiling windows replaced exterior paneling throughout the 150 Tower. This improvement brings unsurpassed views and allows additional natural light to flow into common areas and tenant spaces. The building is home to more than 80 businesses and boasts a LEED Gold Certification and Gold Wire Certification.
