Capital Center Awarded NAIOP Award
Zeller is pleased to announce Capital Center was awarded the 2020 NAIOP People’s Choice Design of the Year award for the lobby and amenities renovation project. Zeller partnered with Stantec to upgrade the atrium connector between the towers with a new bar and courtyard area, introduce a new social hub, relocate and elevate the fitness center, and construct an all-inclusive conference facility.
