Since inception, Zeller has invested in and managed a portfolio of over 20 million square feet of office and 568 ground up multi-family units comprising 49 properties and has delivered strong returns for its partners and coinvestors by providing best-in-class service to enhance value. Currently, Zeller owns and operates a portfolio of nearly 10 million square feet valued at $2.5 billion.

We are pleased to announce Jenna Re has joined Zeller as the Assistant, People & Culture in Chicago, IL. Jenna is a recent Grand Valley State University graduate where she received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Advertising and Public Relations. While in school, Jenna completed a HR internship at SpartanNash. She is passionate about talent development and helping others grow in their careers.
In her free time Jenna enjoys staying active, cooking, reading, and spending time with her family and friends. Please join in welcoming Jenna to our team!

To celebrate this special day, we have set up a display of Mother’s Day cards in the lobby of building one. These cards are available for you to grab and gift to the mothers in your life, whether it’s your own mom, a friend, or a colleague.
Additionally, we’re excited to announce that we will be holding two drawings for a beautiful bouquet of flowers TODAY at 3:00 PM. To participate, simply stop by the lobby and leave your name along with your company’s name in the bowl provided.
