Zeller Announces Promotions of Bob Six and Sam Zeller
Zeller is pleased to announce current COO, Bob Six, has been promoted to CEO of Zeller and Vice President of Zeller Development Corporation, and Vice President Sam Zeller, has been promoted to COO, working in tandem with Bob. Former CEO, Paul Zeller, will remain the Chairman and Founder of Zeller and will retain control of capital allocation for the firm as well.
In his new role as CEO, Bob will oversee all aspects of Zeller and its affiliates; Zeller Realty Corporation, Zeller Management Corporation, Zeller Development Corporation, and Zeller Investment Corporation. He will lead Zeller’s senior management team and will continue to champion the company’s efforts to advance innovation, sustainability and technology throughout the Zeller platform.
In his new role as COO, Sam Zeller will oversee the management and administration for all Zeller entities and properties. He will provide leadership to Zeller’s asset management group, leasing and marketing executives, and will be fully engaged with the development and property management groups. Sam has worked in various capacities with Zeller since 2013 and served in his current role since 2018.
