We advocate for building operating practices and methods that promote occupant’s health and wellness.  311 South Wacker boasts green cleaning, complimentary bike storage for tenants, charging stations in the parking garage, annual electronic recycling events, and a one-acre park featuring seasonal plant installations and events.

311 South Wacker’s success is attributed to giving back to our tenants and our community.  We foster a culture of community engagement through the development of charitable programs and hosting events including fitness and wellness programming, food/clothing/school supply drives and promoting volunteerism within our employee and tenant base. We also promote tenant well-being by providing mental health resources and wellness screenings including flu vaccinations and biometric evaluations. 311 South Wacker boasts a substantial offering of tenant amenity space for events such as, The Park, Tenant Lounge, Wintergarden or the 46th Floor Skylobby. We have established human rights and non-discrimination policies captured in our Responsible Contractor Policy. In addition, 311 South Wacker has achieved the WELL-HSR Certification.

311 South Wacker’s management team seeks to use governance structures that provide appropriate levels of oversight in the areas of audit, risk management, and potential conflicts of interest.  Our team provides frequent and transparent disclosure to tenants, including ESG objective, strategies, performance, building level updates and communications regarding health and safety events. 311 South Wacker has received WiredScore Platinum Certification and BOMA 360 Performance Designation.
