Building amenities, available to tenants at both buildings, include a large conference and training room, well-equipped kitchen, tenant lounges and free membership to the fully-equipped fitness center. Additionally, each building has free surface parking and reserved, heated underground parking available for tenants. Private patio areas with new furniture are also featured so tenants can take advantage of the beautiful park-like settings.

Tenant Lounge (Center I) features a recently renovated tenant lounge completed in October 2018 with brand new furniture and an outdoor area equipped with a grill. Fooda offers onsite service multiple times a week to tenants at Center III and can be delivered to tenants at Center I by utilizing the Fooda App.

Riverwood Corporate Center III offers a great tenant lounge featuring a professional quality kitchen and an outdoor area equipped with a grill and all of your entertainment needs. Fooda offers onsite service multiple times a week.
Fitness Center (Center III)
All tenants have access and exclusive membership to the amazing fitness center for their enjoyment and exercise. The fitness center includes full locker room space with showers. Tenants at Center I also have access and exclusive membership to the Fitness Center at Center III.
Riverwood Corporate Center I Conference Room (Center I)
Riverwood Corporate Center I features a conference room equipped with technology such as Apple TV, free cable TV and will soon be offering Click share to connect to the TV.

Riverwood Corporate Center III features a 2,600 SF high-tech conference center and classroom, built to fit every tenants training needs. The center seats 50 people comfortably for classroom-style and 100 chairs comfortably for presentation-style. Beyond your everyday conference amenities, this ultramodern space features two projectors, 100-inch screens and a retractable screen allowing the presenter to actively engage and collaborate with their audience.
