Hal Kordovsky Awarded Senior Engineer of the Year
Hal Kordovsky, Chief Engineer at Fifth Street Towers, was awarded Senior Engineer of the Year at the BOMA Greater Minneapolis 2021 Virtual Best of BOMA Gala. Hal has been with Zeller since 2012 and at Fifth Street Towers for over 30 years. In the role of Chief Engineer, Hal provides leadership and supervision to seven building engineers. His prime responsibilities include the direction, coordination and control of activities and personnel in order to deliver superior customer service in a safe and stable operating environment. Hal is also responsible for the review of capital projects and tenant fit plans as well as management and tracking of energy initiatives. In his many years at Fifth Street Towers, Hal has contributed to a number of successful transformations at the property, which resulted in Fifth Street Towers being a finalist at the International TOBY Awards in the Over One Million Square Feet category in 2019 and 2020.
