Four New Spec Suites at 100 Peachtree
100 Peachtree in downtown Atlanta, GA recently launched “Spur” a speculative project allowing four local architectural firms to design four separate human-centered office suites on one floor. The four firms that participated in this unique project include BoggsVickers, NELSON, Planning Interiors, and Warner Summers. Each team of architects created a suite with characteristics tailored to a specific industry; financial services, legal, technology/digital marketing, and marketing/advertising, respectively. The Spur project provides potential tenants an opportunity to see many creative layouts within each office space. Throughout the project, the architectural teams worked towards the ultimate goal of pushing the boundaries of a traditional spec suite in order to enhance everything that companies have learned and now understand about their employees work needs and daily habits.
