Tickets are available for purchase 9:00am - 4:30pm, Monday-Friday in the Zeller Management Office, credit cards only, while supplies last. Must be a tenant of Fifth Street Towers to purchase.
The State Fair runs August 27 - September 7 and the Renaissance Festival will take place on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) between August 22 - October 4 (plus Labor Day, 9/7, and Festival Friday, 10/2).

On behalf of Zeller, we are pleased to announce that Ade Mubarak has accepted the position of Security Account Manager at Fifth Street Towers. 🙌 As the Security Account Manager, he will oversee the building’s security operations, ensuring the safety and security of our tenants, visitors, and employees.
Ade is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran with extensive experience in security operations. He brings more than 10 years of leadership experience managing law enforcement officers and is a subject matter expert in protective services and emergency response. Most recently, Ade served as a Security Account Manager, and prior to that, he worked with Carver County law enforcement.
During his off time, Ade enjoys spending time on the lake with his family. If he isn’t spending quality time with his wife and children, you can find him at the gym. He is a certified personal trainer, online fitness coach and professional bodybuilder through the IFBB (International Federation of Bodybuilding & Fitness Professional League).
You may have already seen Ade around the property, as he joined our team this past Friday, July 31st. As he continues to learn the ins and outs of Fifth Street Towers, please take a moment to introduce yourself and give him a warm welcome!
