Chris Baker Promoted to President of Zeller Realty Corporation
Ari Glass, president of Zeller Realty Corporation and co-managing director of Zeller will depart the firm. Chris Baker, currently head of asset management for the firm, is replacing Ari as president.
Ari will commence the next chapter of his career with Mansueto Office Inc. as head of real estate. In this role, he will continue to collaborate with ZRG which manages and operates The Wrigley Building for Joe Mansueto, who purchased the property in June 2018. This transition will occur at the end of the quarter.
