Zeller Completes 34,500-square-foot Lease to The Scion Group
We are excited to welcome The Scion Group to 401 North Michigan Avenue in Chicago. The Scion Group, one of North America’s leading owners, operators and advisors of student housing, will relocate its corporate headquarters. The new space will accommodate their 230 current employees, with the ability to expand to 300 employees.
