• Weekdays vs. weekends
• Size of footprint

Yes! Pioneer Court is exclusively an outdoor venue. Interior retail space is currently available for an additional cost. Indoor storage space is also available upon request at an additional cost.

Pioneer Court is private property, so permits are not required unless you answer “yes” to any of the following questions:
• Will close city streets (street closures are not allowed for private events)
• Will prepare food on a public street/sidewalk or private property (open to the public)
• Will sell/serve alcohol
• Will sell merchandise
• Have tent(s) larger than 20 ft. x 20 ft. (400 sq. ft.)
• Have stage(s) taller than 2 ft.

If your event requires a permit, you need to apply for your permit a minimum of 21 days before your event. Otherwise, we request a minimum of 2-weeks notice. The earlier outreach the better to give ample time for planning purposes. Pioneer Court’s calendar books up fast, so don’t wait to reach out!
