Jennifer Ortiz Featured in BOMA GA’s Insight Journal
Zeller is pleased to share Tenant Services Coordinator at Resurgens Plaza, Jennifer Ortiz, was featured as a guest author in the October issue of BOMA GA’s Insight Journal, “The Tenant Experience Guide.” Her insightful article, “The Evolving Community Manager Role and How They are Welcoming Tenants Back to the Office,” covered topics such as, unexpected challenges, communication, changes to the roles, the return to the office and the future of the role.
Jennifer has been the Tenant Services Coordinator at Resurgens Plaza since 2019. She has experience in both residential and commercial real estate. Jennifer has her Georgia Salesperson Real Estate License and is an active member of BOMA Georgia.
