We are proud to manage over ten million square feet of Class A office space—86% of which has achieved Energy Star and LEED Certification. Social
Zeller’s success is attributed to our platform of giving back to the communities in which we invest and operate. Zeller provides each employee eight (8) volunteer hours annually, encouraging volunteerism at every level. We foster a culture of community engagement both at the corporate level and at our buildings through the development of charitable programs and hosting events including fitness and wellness programming, blood drive, deliver food to the homeless, and provide tutoring services to underprivileged children. Diversity and inclusion is a key element in the blueprint of Zeller’s culture. In 2020, the Zeller Diversity and Inclusion Committee (ZDIC) was established to further facilitate the firm’s efforts. In addition, our entire portfolio achieved the WELL-HSR Certification in 2021, along with 5 of our buildings receiving Fitwel certification.
Governance
ESG strategies are foundational to our investment analysis and due diligence processes. Zeller seeks to use governance structures that provide appropriate levels of oversight in the areas of audit, risk management, and potential conflicts of interest. Zeller operates within a framework of policies and procedures to ensure corporate responsibility, accountability, and transparency in their stakeholder relationships. A majority of our buildings have received BOMA 360 Performance Program Designation and are WiredScore certified.
