Jan Goldsmith Recognized as Notable Women Executives Over 50
Jan Goldsmith has been recognized as a 2019 Crain’s Notable Woman Executive Over 50. Jan has been with Zeller since 1989. She is currently chair of the Chicago Building & Owners Association codes committee as well as a member of CREW, Chicago Real Estate Women. Jan manages development, redevelopment and construction for the Zeller portfolio. Some of the notable projects Jan has lead in her years at Zeller include the redevelopment of the 401 North Michigan Avenue plaza and the Riverwalk, which integrated the Apple flagship store, and the recent redevelopment of the Wrigley Building which tripled valuable Michigan Avenue retail space.
